Client projects are delivered and handed over. Our own products stay with us: we design them, operate them in production and answer for every release. They are also the best proof of how we work.

Payment by QR code, straight to the merchant's bank account

XPay is a payment and billing platform for every business that issues a bill: shops and wholesalers, service businesses and professionals, utilities and landlords, webshops, large billers, and restaurants and cafés. Every invoice, receipt or order carries a QR code. The customer scans it with their own banking app, confirms the amount, and the bank moves the money by instant transfer to the merchant's account.

XPay never touches the money. What it does is the part nobody else does: it reads the merchant's bank statement, recognises which payment belongs to which bill, and closes that bill automatically. No terminal, no card scheme fees, no retyping payment references.

0%

of turnover. Merchants pay a flat monthly plan, starting free.

100%

of the money moves bank to bank. XPay is not a payment institution and holds nothing.

15 min

from sign-up to the first payment code. No hardware, no installation.

7

business types served from one platform, one console and one API.

Four steps, and the fourth is the product

1

Scan

The customer scans the code on the invoice, the receipt, the checkout page or the table sticker. The code carries the amount, the merchant's account and a payment reference.

2

Confirm

Their own banking app opens with everything filled in. They check the amount and confirm. Nothing is typed, nothing is entered on a merchant device.

3

Transfer

The bank executes an instant transfer to the merchant's account through the national instant payment system. The money is at the merchant's bank within seconds.

4

Match and close

XPay reads the statement, recognises the reference, marks the bill paid and notifies the merchant's systems. Reconciliation that used to be a person's evening is a background job.

One platform, every part of the bill

Invoices with a payment code

An invoice in five minutes, with VAT if applicable, a QR code and a reference number. PDF, e-mail delivery, a public invoice page, recurring monthly or quarterly billing.

Statement matching

The core of the product. Incoming payments are matched to bills, orders and invoices by reference, amount and time; partial and late payments are flagged, not lost.

Merchant console

Locations, tables, menu and articles, stock, staff with PIN sign-in and per-person statistics, daily and monthly reports, exports for the accountant.

API, webhooks and POS connector

A public REST API with signed webhooks, a Node SDK, and a local connector that discovers the merchant's existing point-of-sale software and puts a payment code on every receipt.

Guest ordering

A sticker on every table. Guests open the menu, order and pay from their phone; the kitchen display, the waiter's tablet and the bar register all see the same table.

White-label for banks

The whole platform under the bank's own name: console, stickers and invoices carry the bank's brand, the bank keeps the merchant and the transaction volume, and XPay runs the service.

  • Utilities, landlords, subscriptions

Recurring invoices with a code, e-mail delivery, due-date tracking. Each invoice is marked paid from the statement.

  • Professionals, agencies, repair shops

Lawyers, accountants, craftsmen: an invoice in five minutes, a PDF for the customer, an export for the bookkeeper.

  • Retail and wholesale

On-screen register, stock with goods in and out, delivery notes as references, API for existing software.

  • Webshops

A code on the checkout page and a webhook when the money arrives. Order confirmed, no manual work.

  • Cafés and restaurants

Table stickers, phone ordering, kitchen screen, staff sign-in. The table's bill closes when the payment lands.

  • Large billers and banks

Import receivables from an existing system and match them against the statement; or offer the whole platform to merchants under the bank's brand.

A TypeScript monorepo: a NestJS API on PostgreSQL and Redis, a Next.js merchant console and guest experience, a Next.js public site, a Node SDK and a local POS connector. Shipped as Docker images with a CI pipeline that type-checks, runs unit tests and five end-to-end smoke suites against a real database on every push.

  • Pilot with restaurants in Sarajevo, September 2026, on the instant payment system of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • White-label programme for banks: specification, test account and statement access are all a bank needs to start. No development on the bank's side.
  • Plans for merchants from a free tier to Enterprise, priced per month with no percentage of sales.

or a product like it built for you?

Banks, payment schemes and larger billers can license the platform under their own brand. Everyone else gets the team that built it.
