1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website nolimitdevelopments.com or engaging the services of NoLimitDevelopments FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services

NoLimitDevelopments FZ-LLC provides software development, web development, AI & automation systems, server infrastructure & hosting solutions, and cloud-based SaaS platform development. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between the Company and the client.

3. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services
• • Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials in a timely manner
• • Make payments according to the agreed schedule and terms
• • Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

• • All custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client upon full payment.
• • The Company retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or reusable components used in the project.
• • The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• • Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
• • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• • Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees as specified in the agreement.
• • All prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, technical details, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

• • We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
• • The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• • We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NoLimitDevelopments FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
